Chilgoza / Pine Nuts are also referred to as Chilgoza in Hindi. Chilgoza is a type of pine nut that is only grown naturally in the district of Kinnaur in India. Chilgoza dry fruit has a magnitude of benefits and Pine Nuts harvesting comes with a mountain of hardship at the same time. The attempts and gut required to harvest these rare and naturally grown nuts make it one of the most expensive dry fruits.
