To say that walnut is a nutritious food is a bit of an understatement because the benefits of this fruit are beyond just a fancy word. Walnut trees are huge and one tree takes a space where an average of eight full-size Apple trees can be grown. At the same time, these trees just suck up 10 percent of the water that Apple trees need. Although walnuts should be the better option, as Kinnaur sees less rain, with the downside of low earning potential and unorganized market space, commercial fruits like Apple have forced farmers to get rid of walnut trees. PAHADI ZAIKA is determined to provide this product with the requisite market space and help preserve this gift of nature.
